What this license covers for Vivaldi

Each Season is licensed per track, so you pay only for the cuts you publish: Spring for the bright project, Summer or Winter for the dramatic one. The Creator tier covers one project or series with monetized YouTube, streaming podcasts, and wedding videos, which fits most Spring uses like wedding films, cooking shows, and lifestyle channels. Commercial adds client work, paid web and social ads, and multi project use for the same licensee.

Summer and Winter often score trailers, true crime, and short films, where the tier follows the placement: online campaigns run on Commercial, while festivals, theatrical, TV, and streaming productions need Broadcast and Film. Every tier is perpetual and worldwide with the same deliverables: WAV, license PDF, and verification URL. Upgrades cost the price difference only.

Which Seasons fit which scenes

Spring first movement is pure brightness: playful baroque strings for weddings, cooking, garden content, product launches, and channel intros that need a smile. It sits high and light, so it flatters daytime footage and never darkens the mood. Use it as the hello: openers, recaps, and celebration montages.

Summer third movement is the storm: tense, fast, and urgent for arguments, pursuits, deadlines, and unraveling plans in trailers and true crime. Winter first movement is colder and more melancholic, built for investigations, lonely landscapes, and restrained dread in documentaries and short films. Together the three Seasons give an editor a full emotional arc from one composer and one license workflow.

How to use them in your edits

Program the Seasons like a score: establish Spring as the theme of normal life, then break it with Summer or Winter when the story turns. Baroque strings cut cleanly, so edit on phrase boundaries and let the continuo drive montages. Duck the beds under dialogue since violins share presence frequencies with speech, and loop the brightest Spring phrases for long ceremony or cooking sequences rather than repeating the storm cuts.

License each Season cut you publish with the project named at checkout, download the WAV within 15 minutes, and file the license PDF per track. Share the verification URLs with couples, clients, or distributors so their uploads carry proof. Never distribute the standalone recordings as audio products, and never register them with fingerprinting services.

Content ID and the Seasons

The Four Seasons are among the most recorded works on earth, which makes them the most mismatched by fingerprinting systems. Our defense is non participation plus proof: these masters are not enrolled as Content ID references, we claim no revenue from licensed uses, and each license carries a public verification page with Master ID and SHA-256. No claim originates from us on any Season.

If a third party match still flags Spring in a wedding film or Winter in a documentary, dispute with the license ID and verification URL and email support with the license ID, verification URL, and video URL. We use commercially reasonable efforts to release our own claim within 10 business days of a complete notice. One payment per Season cut, perpetual inside the tier, no per use accounting.

FAQ

Do I need a separate license for each Season?

Yes, licensing is per track, so Spring, Summer, and Winter each need their own license at the tier your placement requires. The upside is precision: a wedding film might need only Spring on Creator, while a trailer might need only Winter on Commercial or higher.

Which Season works for a wedding video?

Spring first movement: bright, joyful, and safe under vows and celebration footage, covered by Creator for the couple project. Save Summer and Winter for dramatic highlight edits or separate trailer style cuts, licensed to match those placements.

What does a Classical Sync license cover?

You license our software rendered master recording for one named project under the tier you buy, perpetual and worldwide. Creator ($29 one time) covers one project or series, including monetized YouTube with platform served ads, streaming podcasts, and wedding videos. Commercial ($99 one time) adds client and freelance work, music inside paid web and social advertising, small business marketing, and multi project use for the same licensee. Broadcast and Film ($499 one time) adds TV, radio, cinema, theatrical film, festivals, streaming and VOD productions, and broadcast advertising. Title to the recording stays with Magnolia Apps LLC. Every tier delivers the WAV, the license PDF, and a public verification URL.

Will this music trigger a YouTube Content ID claim?

Our masters are not registered with Content ID as reference files, so a licensed use starts claim free from our side. If a claim still appears, email licensing@thepodcastapp.dev with your license ID, your public verification URL, and the video URL. We use commercially reasonable efforts to release our claim within 10 business days of a complete notice. Third party or automated platform claims can still occur on any platform, and that pledge covers our own enrollment of the delivered master.

Do I have to credit the composer or Classical Sync?

No attribution is required. The underlying compositions are in the public domain, and you license only our recording of them from Magnolia Apps LLC. A credit line such as the track title and composer is welcome but optional. What you must not do is register the recording with a PRO, Content ID, or fingerprinting service, resell it as a standalone audio product or sample library, or sublicense it beyond delivering your named project.

What files do I receive after checkout?

Every license includes the licensed WAV (delivered by a 15 minute signed download URL and by email), a license PDF that records the terms version, hash, timestamp, Master ID, and SHA-256, plus a public verification URL of the form /verify?id= that proves the license to YouTube, clients, or distributors. Checkout runs through Stripe, one payment per track, with a 14 day money back guarantee. Keep the license ID with your project files so any dispute can be answered in one email.
